BAC reviews these inputs to determine whether an ICF, ADU, rebuild, or another build path is appropriate for the next conversation.

ICF construction uses form units that remain around a reinforced-concrete wall assembly. Whether it is appropriate for a particular project depends on the property, drawings, engineering, approvals, budget, consultants, and the owner’s priorities.
BAC’s first role is to make the actual project legible. That means understanding the site, whether the work is a new home, ADU, rebuild, or another construction path, and which decisions need to be aligned before a method is selected or promised.
